Jajo given Hermes top honors
WICHITA, Kan. (May 6, 2010) — The Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP) recognized Jajo with three honors in the Hermes Creative Awards 2010. The international competition recognizes creative professionals for industry excellence in concepting, writing, and design merit spanning traditional and emerging media.
A top honor Platinum Hermes was extended to Jajo for the design of the “Addy’s Awards Invite 2009” – a dimensional invitation announcing the Advertising Federation of Wichita’s annual showcase. The two other pieces of work distinguished in the competition were Jajo’s “National Awareness Ad Series” on behalf of ICM, and the “Red Chair Affair Invite 2009”, setting style for the first-ever annual fundraiser for the historic Orpheum Theatre.
“These credits not only speak to the talent of our discerning designers, but also to the overall approach to projects by the entire planning and research account teams”, says Jajo managing partner Steve Randa. “Achievements such as the Hermes Awards are a testament to Jajo’s full-circle practice of combining strategic development with compelling execution.”
