Old Cowtown chooses Jajo Inc.
WICHITA, Kan. (April 1, 2008) — The Wichita City Council approved Old Cowtown partnering with Jajo Inc. to launch a marketing campaign that will include a relaunch event, advertising and public relations. Tactics will be aimed at increasing traffic and awareness of the museum.
“We chose Jajo for its strategic thinking and fresh ideas,” said John D’Angelo, director, Arts & Culture, City of Wichita. “We’re looking forward to seeing the plan come to life and reaping the benefits of working with a strategic partner.” Old Cowtown is one of the oldest museums in the Midwest. The ad campaign will promote Old Cowtown as a unique living history museum, which recreates the atmosphere in the Wichita area from 1865 to 1880.
“We are ready to hit the ground running to help rebrand the Old Cowtown Museum,” said Shawn Stuckey, managing partner. “Old Cowtown has been a landmark in Wichita for many years, and we’re confident that we can help them succeed.”
