Jolynn is the glue that holds this crazy world together. Without her, the earth tears loose from its moorings and cats and dogs live together and mass hysteria ensues. She’s in charge of account service direction and, at times, is the cattle prod of death when it comes to meeting delivery. But when the campaign’s over and the wounds have healed, she’s right there, inspiring us all to get back in the mix.
